Today I saw an image of Bobet in front of Gino Bartali going up a hill in the alps. The only difference with todays TDF was that the road was not paved and it was all mud. That looked so tough, kinda like Trans Iowa. Thanks for organizing something so epic.
Ari...The stage is set and now all that is left is for the plot to unfold... A man needs a plan...Mine involves shameless drafting off the vigorous, yet spontaneous youth...think Tortise and the Hare... :)
